For materials that do not require high speed of the spindle, such as copper, we can choose a reasonable speed of the spindle to reduce the radial runout.
Secondly, how to reduce the tool radial runout in the process. Why does the tool generate radial runout during machining? Because the radial cutting force increases the radial runout, reducing the radial cutting force is an important principle to reduce the radial runout. Use sharp tools: the cutting force of the whole cutting tool is small, so that the radial cutting force of the tool is small, which can reduce the radial runout of the tool; the rake face of the tool should be smooth: in this way, the friction between the chip and the tool can be reduced, so that the cutting force of the tool can be reduced, and the radial runout of the tool can be reduced. Reverse milling in finishing: Note that it is only used in finishing, and in roughing, it is still necessary to use forward milling, otherwise the service life of the tool is difficult to be guaranteed. When using reverse milling, the direction of cutting force always pulls the tool toward the workpiece, so that the tool will be more stable in the process; and then using the strong woodworking engraving machine tool, the strength of the tool can be increased by increasing the diameter of the tool rod, the diameter of the tool rod can be increased by 20%.
